
1 can Veg-All
2 eggs
1/4 cup Veg-All liquid
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. bacon or other fat
3/4 cup grated cheese
Drain Veg-All, reserving liquid. Beat eggs. Add Veg-All liquid, milk, and blend. Stir in all
other ingredients, except cheese. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake
in moderate oven (350°) for one hour.
Serves 5-6.

1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
Hot water
1 can Veg-All
2 cups drained grapefruit segments
Mix gelatin with hot water according to package directions. Cool. Add grapefruit and 1 cup drained
Veg-All. Chill in ring mold until firm. Serve on head lettuce. Fill center of ring with Veg-All.

Leftover beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can Veg-All
Brown strips of beef in butter. Remove beef from pan. Heat Veg-All in same pan. Serve Veg-All
garnished with beef.
