1 lb. beef or veal
1/4 cup diced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Veg-All
1/2 cup water
Flour
In hot fat, frizzle diced onion, green pepper, and meat. Add 1 can Veg-All (including liquid),
plus 1/2-cup water. Cover and simmer until tender. Thicken slightly with flour. Season. Serve
in ring of cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
