
1 16 oz. can Veg-All, drained
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cups cooked rotini pasta
3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve.

2 16 oz. cans Veg-All, drained
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup canned or fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup grated onion
Combine all ingredients in medium pan. Heat through. Serve.
