1 package (12 oz.) frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 can (15 oz.) Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with pie crusts. Sprinkle Veg-All, cheese, and bacon over crust. Beat remaining ingredients; pour into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
