Italian Pasta Bake with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta such as penne or rotini
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage or ground beef cooked and drained
  • 1 jar 24 oz. prepared pasta sauce
  • 1 can 29 oz. Veg-All® Mixed Vegetables, drained
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions in a large saucepan or Dutch oven; drain and return to pan.
  • Stir in cooked meat, pasta sauce, vegetables, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Spoon pasta mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.
