Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables (29 oz each)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (homemade or store-bought) (10.5 oz)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richer flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine drained Veg-All Mixed Vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Dot the top with butter if desired.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
  • Serve warm as a comforting holiday side.
