Thanksgiving Veggie Casserole

A hearty, creamy veggie side for the holiday table.

- 2 cans Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables (29 oz each)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (homemade or store-bought) (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richer flavor)
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine drained Veg-All Mixed Vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Dot the top with butter if desired.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
Serve warm as a comforting holiday side.
