
Holiday Stuffing
Classic stuffing gets a veggie-powered upgrade.
Ingredients
- 1 can Veg-All Homestyle Large-Cut Vegetables (29 oz)
- 6 cups cubed bread (day-old or lightly toasted)
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter (if using) and sauté diced onion over medium heat until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked onion, bread cubes, and drained Veg-All Large-Cut Vegetables.
- Pour in the broth, then season with sage, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly moistened.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.
- Serve warm alongside your holiday feast.
