Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-All Homestyle Large-Cut Vegetables (29 oz)
  • 6 cups cubed bread (day-old or lightly toasted)
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, melt butter (if using) and sauté diced onion over medium heat until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked onion, bread cubes, and drained Veg-All Large-Cut Vegetables.
  • Pour in the broth, then season with sage, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly moistened.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.
  • Serve warm alongside your holiday feast.
