
Thanksgiving Veggie Casserole
A hearty, creamy veggie side for the holiday table.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables (29 oz each)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (homemade or store-bought) (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richer flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained Veg-All Mixed Vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Dot the top with butter if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
- Serve warm as a comforting holiday side.
